WE ARE NOT A SALON, SPA, OR SERVICE PROVIDER. We do not employ the stylists listed on this platform.
The Site provides listings of third-party independent professionals ("Stylists"). We do not have an employer-employee relationship, partnership, or joint venture with any Stylist listed on this Site. We do not control, oversee, or verify the quality, safety, legality, or pricing of the services provided by these Stylists.
The inclusion of any Stylist or salon on this Site does not constitute an endorsement or recommendation by AfroStylistsNetwork. All information is provided "as is" for informational purposes only. We make no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, about the completeness, accuracy, reliability, suitability, or availability with respect to the Stylists or the services they provide.
You agree that AfroStylistsNetwork shall not be responsible or liable for any loss or damage of any sort incurred as the result of any such dealings. If there is a dispute between you and any Stylist, you understand and agree that AfroStylistsNetwork is under no obligation to become involved.
In the event that you have a dispute with one or more Stylists, you release AfroStylistsNetwork, its officers, employees, agents, and successors from claims, demands, and damages of every kind or nature, known or unknown, suspected or unsuspected, disclosed or undisclosed, arising out of or in any way related to such disputes and/or our service.
You agree to conduct your own due diligence before engaging any professional listed on this Site. You are solely responsible for verifying the credentials, licensing, and insurance of any Stylist you choose to hire.
The Site and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by AfroStylistsNetwork and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.
This Agreement shall be governed in accordance with the laws of the United States and Canada, as applicable based on your location.
